Titanium Grade 4 is one of the strongest commercially pure titanium grades, characterized by exceptionally high mechanical strength and good corrosion resistance. Compared to other pure titanium grades, Grade 4 offers higher tensile strength and fatigue resistance, making it the preferred material for applications involving high mechanical loads. Despite its increased strength, it remains relatively lightweight, making it ideal for demanding applications.

Grade 4 titanium is especially well-suited for industrial applications, particularly in environments that require high mechanical performance and a certain level of corrosion resistance. It is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, which makes it a preferred choice in the petrochemical industry, mechanical engineering, and aerospace.

Titanium Grade 4 also offers excellent machinability, although it requires slightly more effort during processing due to its higher strength. Nonetheless, the material remains versatile, with excellent weldability and formability, making it highly efficient for a wide range of applications.
